Air Training Support’s Policies
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Refunds requested up to 30 days prior to your class date (in writing) are entitled to a full refund of all tuition and fees paid, less books, shipping fees. A cancellation fee of $150 will be added to any cancellation to cover administrative expenses. Buyers shall be entitled to a similar refund in the event that we discontinue the course/program prior to the start of training.
Prior to 60 days
Buyers who provide written notification of cancellation at least 60 days before the first day of training will receive a full refund less the cost of applicable training materials and shipping costs.
Within 30 days
Buyers who provide written notification of cancellation within 30 days of the first day of training may be subject to the following cancellation fees:
1. 100% of simulator equipment rental fees
2. 100% of non-refundable instructor travel, instructor per diem, hotel and car rental
3. 100% of non-refundable books and manuals including shipping fees
After this period there are no refunds.
Privacy & Security Policy
Our goal is to provide you with a personalized site experience. On our web site, visitors can register to receive personalized content and participate in surveys. Unless you otherwise consent, we will use your personal information only for the purpose for which it is submitted, such as to reply to your emails, handle your complaints, and process business requests related to programs we offer. At certain points where personal information is collected on our site, there may be a box where you may indicate you would like to be on a mailing list to receive information about other promotional programs and services.
If you're purchasing a product, we'll request financial information such as a credit card number. Any financial information we collect is used only to bill you for the products and services you purchased. Credit Card information is NOT stored on our systems online or offline and is deleted/destroyed after the transaction.
